The RCM-G-1 is a cleaning and drying machine that continuously cleans round bars, square bars, round pipes, and shafts while being transported on rollers using super alkaline ionized water. After cleaning, moisture is removed through suction drying with sponge rollers and air blowing, allowing for continuous processing from washing to draining and drying with a single machine. It is recommended for processes where you want to stabilize the cleaning quality of long workpieces before inspection, assembly, or shipping, or for sites looking to reassess the workload of manual wiping and batch cleaning.
